You have been testing the Samsung Monitor, and helping us to spread the word for a few weeks.

Why should you fill out this end survey?

 

Aside from giving us your opinion about the Samsung Monitor, this survey is the only official place where you can indicate whether:

 

• you are keeping the Samsung Monitor, or
• you would like to return it​

If you do not fill out this end survey by 3rd of December, you will not be able to return your Samsung Monitor, and we will take this as confirmation that you will keep your device.

 

Once the End Survey has closed, the instructions on how to return your monitor, should you wish to do so, will follow shortly.
